The Red Rock English Language Center (ELC) exists to help you learn English via the internet using state-of-the-art technologies such as video-conferencing and email conferencing. With the ELC, you'll be learning English from a skilled teacher who is fluent in your native language! That's right! With the ELC's unique online learning approach, Beginner English Language Learners will have the opportunity to learn English in a truly bilingual education setting. The ELC has English Language Learning (ELL) teachers who are fluent in the following languages so that Beginner English Language Learners now have the option of learning English from a teacher who speaks their own language! *
